"I was a little disappointed that the people that they sent out on an emergency basis for the $7000 project. We’re doing it for the first time. Had I known what I know now I would’ve demanded somebody come who had experience. Overall, they’ve done a good job and I’ve signed a service contract with them. One time in less than a year, they send somebody to service the continuous hot water heater and she falsely claimed I needed a condenser and charged me for it.
