"It went perfectly. He had to drive a long way to our home which is in the country and difficult to find. He called to say he was on his way and arrive right when he was scheduled. Our garage doors are old but he did not pressure us to consider new doors. He got our old doors working perfectly, even cutting down a small tree blocking one of them. "Have been enjoying the new door and opener now for about 2 months. So much better than our old system ! Bryson came out in June for the estimate as scheduled and we discussed what we wanted. He initially priced a basic door and opener, but we wanted a mid to high-end system (e.g. insulated door with insulated windows, belt-drive opener, upgraded wheels, etc.). So he helped us pick some good items - Liftmaster 8550W and insulated C.H.I. door with the type of windows that would look good with the house. I followed up with a few questions via email and he was very good at providing answers. The materials came a couple weeks later (CHI custom builds the doors and supplies the associated spring and tracks). The Garage Door Place crew arrived as scheduled after that with the parts and did a good job installing everything. We're happy we spent the extra money to get the upgraded door and opener. The door is very quiet in operation and it fits perfectly and seals much better than the original door that came with the house (about 20 years old). While most people probably never give their garage door much thought, it is a major part of a home's operation. With the extra light from the windows, and solid build, I'm happy every time I go into the garage now :-)"

"The Faith Roofing estimate was very competitive with three other established local roofers.  The indifferent attitude on getting my estimate earlier placed them at the bottom of my list.  Their great endorsement on Angies list which had me call them first was lowered because of the way they handled the estimate with no contact for over four weeks repeated contacts.    <br /> <br /> I have many friends who had Faith doing their work in the past and all had only glowing praise for Faith Roofing.  These personal endorsements, from people I respect is the only reason I move them to the top of my list.  I awarded the contract to Faith Roofing really on faith and not because of personal experience. <br /> <br /> Now that the job has been completed I am glad that I acted on the recommendations of my friends.  There were some communication difficulties with the installation crew, but their work was great.  They completed the job in one day and the attention to detail was outstanding.  The roof looks great and the fact that they even painted the sewer and furnace vents to match the roof was a detail that was not expected. Their contractor for the guttering was here the following day.  I know many individuals whose roofer did not do the guttering and they are having to wait weeks for guttering after their roof is completed.  That is a nice touch and since the guttering was only 5 years old, I had a cost comparision that showed me Faith Roofing price was fair.  <br /> <br /> Upon receiving the bill, I had the ability to donate a portion of their profit to a charity of my choice.  That was an added touch that showed me they were interested in our community.  I doubt if there are many other roofing companies who do that with their business model. <br /> <br /> AFTER A LESS THAN STELLAR START, I WILL SAY THE FINISH JOB WAS STELLAR. <br /> <br /> FAITH ROOFING SHOULD DEFINITELY BE ON YOUR LIST OF GREAT ROOFERS."
