It was a complicated job involving careful demo, reinforcement, complete electrical renovation, finished carpentry, painting, staining, repair of very old hardwoods, relocation of a very large and heavy piece of furniture. They were highly professional every step of the way. And they kept the area neat and clean every day. They installed plastic walls with zippers for entrance and exit to keep the construction area away from the rest of our living spaces. Sticky doormats to collect debris from shoes was installed and changed out regularly. Our exterior stairs were covered in plastic. Andy and Bill, the owners, were super professional and communicative. Their crew is the best we’ve ever worked with. We’ve had numerous remodeling/contracting experiences in the past, and this one was without a doubt, the most professional with the highest caliber outcome. "It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"

I was in need of wall to wall carpet removal, sanding & staining original flooring, laying new wood flooring in an addition that had none. Redesigned one room, removing a closet wall, patching and preparing the room for painting. New flooring also installed throughout the basement.
