When he was unable to remove the obstruction by snaking the drain, he explained the reasons why, and we went to plan B. Daniel was able to identify the need to replace the toilet, returned to the shop to get the new parts, and came back to the building within an hour. The toilet was installed quickly and he hauled the old toilet out for disposal. The service call was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and the work was performed on a SUNDAY-- Daniel contacted me ahead of the 12pm-4pm service window and arrived early. Other plumbing companies who listed weekend hours were unresponsive and did not take the time to return my voicemails-- even during the following week. Glad I found Petri. Great service and great work."

I ended up cancelling, because my usual plumber who my landlord uses was able to come. But I will be sure to call Franco Belli again, simply because of the professionalism with which Manny handled the call. He was very understanding when I cancelled. It's quite amazing how companies can bungle even the most simple of customer interactions, and no matter how proficient they are in their actual services, you don't want to deal with them because of their poor customer service.
