"My house was in shambles and required a full makeover. We also wanted to add a shower to the downstairs bathroom for my mom as she gets older and stairs are getting tougher. I got 6 estimates and most came back much higher than the one I received from US Home developers and their definitions of work to be provided was also very vague, and left a lot of room for additional fees. Belle gave me a very detailed contract outlining everything that would be done. Armando was our contractor and like Belle, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was done very quickly and only took as long as it did because of wait times for material. Belle met with us a few times to shop for material and helped us through the design process which was very helpful because I was stressing out on this aspect. Armando made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and was very flexible when it came to scheduling. At the end of job he even had all the junk in my backyard, which was a lot, picked up. I was so happy with the work they did downstairs that I decided to rehire them to do the upstairs. They even added roof replacement to the contract for an additional price that was much lower than the 4 other estimates I got. My house went from looking like it was straight out of an episode of Hoarders to looking like it’s straight out of a magazine. Couldn’t be happier!"

"We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our house as we knew we had problems with the insulation and windows. My wife called several companies and after her research, we decided to hire SES builders to do an energy audit so we better understand what we can do to to make it better. When we got the results, we met with SES builder’s project manager Eli so we will go over the needed work so the house will be more efficient. We were fascinated with the knowledge and the fact that we didn’t got pressured by him to do anything. This was the reason why we decided to hire them for the work which included: New insulation at the attic, exterior special paint, upgrade our electrical panel and replacing all the windows. Eli made sure to keep us informed about the progress of the work, his team were able to handle all the issues that came up and were very professional and efficient by making sure that everything will go smoothly. "We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"Overall i was pretty satisfied with these guys. The project manager Asaf , helped me pick out the necessary  items i needed and helped me with some design ideas.  The project was supposed to take 5 weeks and ended up taking 8 weeks. This was due to  a variety of things.  The day  before they were to start construction , they called me to push it back a week.  It didn't matter much to me but delayed the project.  There was also some miscalculation on some measurements they took but eventually everything worked out.  There were minor snags in the paperwork and processing ( i financed through their recommended company), but everything worked out in the end . I am happy with the product overall although they left a large plastic drain pipe measuring 10 feet on m patio.  no biggy but its still here !!!  Asi and Asef and their team were pros all the way

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."
