In 2019, we hired them to replace an outdoor spigot/hose bib and copper plumbing, which cost $309. That installation ultimately failed within a few years due to what a technician on a recent visit confirmed was an improper initial installation. Fast forward to our recent service call: a technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and quoted us over $700 to replace a simple hose bib with no additional parts required. After questioning the price, they ?discounted? it to $600. Feeling uneasy about the pricing, we asked them to stop the work so we could get a second opinion. Only then did the technician suddenly offer to honor the original 2019 price of $309?raising serious questions about where these pricing numbers were coming from and how such a drastic ?discount? could be offered on the spot. "Shannon was courteous and answered questions instead of trying to play games. He did amazing work, we needed time to gather funds and he checked in to see if we needed to borrow space heaters. Once we called him to schedule he was out the first day I was available. The new install looks more streamlined and professional than the unit he replaced. Very grateful he answered the add and we are quick to recommend him to others. It was a combination boiler hot water heater he replaced."

"I have had my system for over 2 years and my main biggest hearing unit has never worked correctly. Prime installed this unit and has tried to bandaid this for 2 years. A couple months ago I was told where prime installed the unit at was causing the problem and I could pay extra money to have it moved due to there installation error. I want happy about that and voiced that through a message. 2 months later and prime has yet to fix our even reach out about this issue. This is poor customer service and for a problem that has existed since install. I also pay for the monthly service and extended warranty, still no fix. "

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
