"I was not happy with their determination on my heater they came by my home within a reasonable time he catched my heater they determine my motherboard went out and needed to be replaced what cost me about eight hundred dollars i asked the person to check thermostat that I put in myself to make sure I wired it correctly they said that was not the problem a month went by i decided to reset the thermostat myself I rewired it and what do you know my heater works the main motherboard did not have to be replaced next time a customer asks to check the thermostat instead of telling the customer that is gonna cost you eight hundred dollars to replace something that was not broke i'm a very dissatisfied customer "

After 4 weeks of a story about how their license name change was being held up, I called the building department and then they finally had a licensed plumber come out, have some changes made and obtained the permit.
