We called them back to install a ductless AC system in some parts of our old house. And they just updated our central AC system which was 25 years old. The service is excellent and all technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We are very pleased."

"B&D Plumbing and Heating was great to work with.  Our furnace went out overnight and we woke up to a cold house.  I called at 7am when they opened and they were out to look at the furnace around 8.  They quickly found the problem and offered to repair it.  However, the repair cost was over half the cost of a new furnace so it made more sense to put a new furnace in.  They were able to get a new furnace in the next day and provided us with several electric heaters to help keep our house warm until they new unit was installed.  We also decided to replace/upgrade several other items including our A/C unit (it had been leaking Freon) and our water heater as both were aging and not keep up with our demand.  In the end, we spent more than we originally wanted to although that was our choice as B&D offered several pricing options for us to consider.  The service technician (Nick) was great and didn't pressure us at all.   I would definitely recommend B&D as they were upfront and honest with pricing and offered several lower and higher cost options and adequately explained the pro-cons of each option. <br />"
