"Denis spends as much time as the job takes, and makes sure everything is completed and correct. It took a while to get the window made for the garage (the original one had rotted out), but once it was in, Denis came over an installed it as part of a long afternoon's work here, indoors and out. He came a second time to finish other jobs, including installing seat cushions. He is so skilled at so many kinds of jobs that he's our go-to person.

"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

"Installation was very complicated - tight space under the sink, water filtration system, instant hot system, garbage disposal. Had a three drain system and converted to two."

"I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products used as well as the excellent workmanship evidenced in the completion of the project. I would recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations to anyone looking for a truly professional organization."

"Outstanding, professional crew. Previously did a 5-star basement finishing renovation for us which we reviewed on Angi in March 2021. This time we had wallpaper removal and interior painting done, all excellent. Jim did a kitchen gas stove and fridge repair for us. He repaired and replaced two lights and a room fan for us. Laundry room and second bathroom flooring was replaced and updated. Replaced a gutter downspout. Built two patio access stairs which was a big improvement. Did an outstanding job getting our house ready to show for sale. Well above & beyond all our expectations. Jim & his crew are timely, very reliable, thorough and completely professional."

"Jaime knows what he's doing. We chose to have him install our door over Lowe's. Looks great, and we will have him over again for other projects."

"Was very pleased with how well M S Puskus Custom Remodel did the entire job went. All work was 100% done by M S Puskus, nothing was jobbed out to outside sources.

.

This century home with one bathroom was extremely lacking in modern features with much wasted space. The plaster and lathe walls were removed as in they were damaged over 95 years and covered with a type of paneling to disguise the cracks. A new pre-hung bathroom door was installed and trimmed out.

.

All the plumbing which had to be replaced and rerouted for the tub/shower, sink and toilet to new locations (hot and cold feed as well as drain for each). As with any century home, when you uncover and move things other issues arise. Structural issues were overcome reinforcing the floor and replacing the drain line/vent stack which was well beyond its usefull years. The years of knowledge M S Puskus has came in handy for solving issues as they came up.

.

All new modern electrical wiring was installed by M S Puskus for overhead light/exhaust fan, sink vanity light and electrical plugs with proper vent to outside installed for exhaust fan installed. Also, a well as a new medicine cabinet was installed.

.

New drywall was installed and finished on walls, all surfaces were professionally primed and painted my M S Puskus.

.

New modern laminate flooring was installed, after recommendations by M S Puskus based on usage, durability and cost. Am very happy with this flooring, and at least three people have seen the finished floor and are in the process of giving their bathrooms a simple makeover with this flooring.

.

New toilet, sink vanity and bathtub/shower were installed. Again, M S Puskus installed all fixtures with great knowledge and ability.

.

Finally the construction of two floor to ceiling linen cabinets were made on site. These were designed to replicate the sink vanity wood work down to the smallest detail, including the doors and trim matching the doors, drawers and trim looking exactly like they came from the factory. The color of the paint was even perfectly matched and finished expertly by M S Puskus.

.

I am very pleased with the final product. A beautiful showroom quality bathroom with fantastic functionality and design. Will be having M S Puskus back for the next remodel job I need for sure!

"By far the best experience I have had. I needed my whole kitchen rewired, after Alan viewed the problem he would not let me wait the 2 weeks I was planning. The situation was that dangerous. Alan took time away from his weakend and worked on it all day Saturday and Sunday. It was shocking to find someone who cared so much about the safety of someone he did not even know. The job was so well done I asked Alan to do all.my cabinet work, by the time I got back from work the job was completed beautifully and the kitchen was cleaner then when I left it. It's rare to find someone who cares about his craft so much, is honest and fair and reliable. I would recommend Alan for any home improvement need you have. You will never use anyone else."

"James was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. He did an amazing job on the repairs. Would 1000% recommend!!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with PRO PLUMBING, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. From start to finish, their service was exceptional, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The team at PRO PLUMBING was not only professional but also incredibly helpful. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and they were able to accommodate my needs promptly. The plumber who came to my home was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and the steps needed to fix them. This level of transparency gave me confidence in their work."
