"Black Diamond recently came out to do a competitive bid on installing a cleanout line, then doing a hydro jet and descale of the main sewer line in question. On top of being a few hundred dollars cheaper than the original bidder, they found that the original bidder had broken the flange on the toilet when they put it back on and overtightened it. Throughout the process everyone I dealt with was professional, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. All of that would have been enough for a 5 star review; however, when they got here on the day of the job and went to locate the exact dig space for the line, they found I ALREADY HAD A CLEANOUT LINE (previously most of the estimates had been in ranges based on the original bidder's insistence that this job had to be done, but as it turns out it didn't).
