"After our new refrigerator was delivered we found out that the plumbing to the old one was leaking. The plumber suggested by the retailer where it was purchased could not handle it. "Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "
