"A water leak occurred on Christmas night, and resulted in a sudden, massive rush of water through the light fixture into the room below. We turned off the main water pipe and called them as soon as they re-opened after the holiday. They came the next morning, which was wonderful, and were able to fix it that day. It was Billy and Howie who did the work. They were very skilled and professional. Plus, they were both really nice, sociable guys. They paid a lot of attention to where we thought the leak originated and then tested it. They checked with us on our preferred spots for the wall holes in their search for the leak. They did a great job cleaning up the plaster, and protecting the floor from additional leaks. We were very happy with their prompt, efficient and friendly work. We will definitely use them again"

"The particular faucet used a proprietary drain system - if I had any other style of faucet put in, it would have cost an extra $700 in labor. Erik instructed me to buy a replacement version of the same style of faucet - and I saved all of that money. This is why Plumbright is the best! They are honest, punctual, professional and they help me get the job done right for my tenants. Can't recommend them enough!"

Small jobs welcome

"Professional, courteous, responsive. Offered alternative repair options for light fixture replacement. Very clean--changed shoes in house, put down drop cloth, cleaned up when finished, and removed old fixture to my trash. Fast service and less expensive than a second quote. Will use Randy's Electric again."

"The service technician (Derek) was great. He was prompt and did the job quickly. He seemed comfortable with me watching over his shoulder, and was courteous and pleasant in answering the questions I had. Only two comments - price is high ($319) although they do guarantee their work; they will come back if clogs reappear within six months of the original work. There was some confusion about when they would come out, although I certainly don't fault the technician for that. Originally the window was 6-10pm, then it was "within the hour", then it was "we're behind and will send someone to you within the next hour or two." The dispatcher kept me posted, calling me every 30 minutes, even when he could only say it would be a little longer. (Very impressed with that.) And the tech did show up when the dispatcher said he would. Tech gave me instructions on how to avoid/prevent clogs in the future. He sold me a large jug of green-friendly drain cleanser for maintaining the health of my pipes. Warning - the jug cost $60. I didn't take the time to research other products, I just wanted to be done with the job. All in all, very satisfied with the job."

"Alex arrived promptly in the morning and performed the annual maintenance on our RO unit. He explained each step in the process clearly and I was impressed with his professionalism; even helping me schedule a bathroom sink replacement with Aquarius. I HIGHLY recommend Aquarius for all of your plumbing needs."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Maple Plain, MN

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
