We went with doing a repair before going out and buying a new one. He helped us to make a decision, and was not pushy. They were very helpful, and I was very comfortable with the technician who came out. Overall, I feel confident that he helped us to look at everything that could potentially go wrong. He even gave us the option to purchase a new toilet and have them install it."

The installation looks fine.But then there was a month-long delay in then getting the final paperwork to me, which included the information on how to arrange for the building inspector to come out. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
