He was doing drain clearing work for them in our condo building which had not had any pm work done on the entire drain pipe system in 40 years. Despite it being a huge project with multiple leaks throughout the building he handled the filthy and exhausting job very professionally and worked very long exhaustive hours until the job was done thoroughly. He was very empathetic to all his customers, explained and showed camera views of the clogs, and made certain the customers were well informed and totally satisfied with the completed work. He is the consummate professional and very personable to deal with. He is one of the most honest, professional, and kind person I have ever had service from and would recommend him most highly !"

"Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. It not only saved me money and time, but gave me great relief that my plumbing is going to go back to normal again. All the girls who work in the office were extremely helpful as well ! "Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. We are extremely pleased with the team Keith and his son and highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing!"

We used this company in 2009 (2nd floor furnace and A/C) and 2010 (1st floor A/C) and were very happy with their performance. When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. When I discussed the furnace and install estimate and said it seemed a little high Mike G. offered a slightly lower price which I accepted. Mike also made some recommendations that were fiscally in my favor; lining the chimney for the water heater or not; energy efficiency levels for rebates (end in 2016).

Matt N. and Matt W. who did the install performed all the mechanical, electric and plumbing superbly. As a registered professional engineer I appreciated good workmanship and Vaughan delivered for this third install since 2009. They were there when they said they would be and finished at the time planned. Everything was left in good order. The new exhaust and intake pipes to the outside were neatly done and good closure of no longer needed chimney vents.

"We had two plumbers out to our house who weren't even willing to get in and diagnose the problem in our crawl space. We ended up with a $9k quote to reroute and replace our water line (not even the entire line) even though they did no tests to confirm an issue. We called Chris, who was very accommodating and came out quickly. He actually listened to us and explained options in terms we could understand. He and his team clearly know what they are doing and are honest people. Lucky for us, Chris didn't jump right to a quote to do the biggest job. He gave us some advice on trying to locate the leak to avoid completely replacing the water line (though we were completely comfortable having Roesly on board if we did need this!). He was spot on! We found it and it turned out to be an uncapped old plumbing line! Dan at Roesly came out within 30 minutes and had no issues getting into our crawl space and fixing it the right way! Had we gone with the $9k quote, we would have turned the water back on only to still have leaking water! Roesly's team are hard honest workers and overall great people! We won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs!"
