"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"This company provides the level of Customer Service that is seldom found in the world today. When you find a company with the Customer Service level I received by Amy, that is the company you will definitely do repeat business. The quality of Cabinets is great, but when you have the Customer Service support, like Amy, that’s a BONUS. I highly recommend Cabinets for everyones’s cabinet needs."

"Dave was very responsive to my needs and always answered my questions immediately either by email, phone, or text. He got the work done professionally and I am VERY happy with the finished product. My cherry cabinets now look beautiful! He even came in under budget ($700 less than other estimates for the same work) and I was extremely pleased with his ability to get things done so quickly. I would recommend him for any cabinet/kitchen/refacing work. He also completely fixed my worn and damaged kitchen table (water stains, etc), chairs (scratches), and black bench, and they now look brand new! My husband and I are very pleased. You can tell that he cares about the work he does --- it's more than a job to him - it's something he takes pride in.
"

"

I gave Western Products a grade of C, mostly due to my overall frustration with this process and my perception of communications.. I felt is was not fair to give the anger-based D grade that I hovered over.. So, on to my review?
I looked for several businesses in town that could do the work for me. While cost was a factor, so was speed. My roof had begun to leak and I needed it repaired. Long story...less long....while the quote for Western Products was about $4000 higher than the closest other bids, I decided to go with them based upon the fact I was assured they could start the work in about 2 week rather than a 4-6 weeks from the others. Also, I felt going with a more established company that offered same as cash financing was a plus.
ROOFING
Work did start on the roof on time. In fact, due to the fact another project they were working on was cancelled, they were able to send 2 crews to my home and complete the removal and install of the new roof on the same day. They also removed the chimney to below my roofline and installed a new vent that was routed through the chimney. Regarding the speed in which this was done, I have no issues and would give that a grade of A, however, I do think it was typical that it was done that quickly and was more attributed to the other project being put on hold. If that was all I had done, I would have given A's and B's. The B's would be really for the pricing and quality.
Quality wise, the new vent that was installed was noticeably tilted and the drip edge that was put around the roof was kinda beat up. In fact, i had to request that a few be corrected and got a bit of an eye roll from the crew lead when I asked about this. I am still waiting on the new chimney vent to be corrected.
Also, when the old gutters were removed and the new roof was put on, a gap in the soffit was made wider. I had mentioned that birds were getting into this area of the roof section and expected this to be corrected. It was not and birds started making their nest once again. When I called and pointed this out, a person was sent over to fix it by screwing a strip of metal over part of the opening. However, the entire hole was not covered. I am still awaiting that to be repaired.
The clean up around the house was pretty good. I did go around after the crew left and found 6 nails in the driveway and about the same around on the sidewalk and patio. I kinda expected that, but would have been much more pleased to find none.
GUTTERS
The gutters took a couple of weeks to get installed. I was told this would happen since I was getting seamless gutters that kept leaves out. Since it is easier to set up the forming machine and do several jobs at the same time, I understood I would need to wait. When the gutters were installed, they looked great. My initial frustration I had with that was due to the heavy rains we had while I was waiting (it happens) and that I again found several nails in the driveway as well as some metal waste from the cutting tool.

The more bothersome issue was with regards to the invoice. After I got the first invoice, I mentioned it to the supervisor and he said not to worry about, he will let them know it was part of the package. After getting two more, I called the company and told them it was part of the package deal. I got the forth invoice with red ink on it telling me to send in the money. This is after I had already paid for the entire project. Obviously their communications are an issue when dealing with the different divisions.
GABLE VENTS
To date, I am still waiting on this to be completed. Once again...Long Story...Less Long, I have been waiting for over 2 1/2 months to get these installed. This has been the most frustrating part of the process...especially since I have already paid in full for the work to be done. I did this in good faith since I was told that would be done right after the roofing was done. I have been told several times they thought this was done. I have made a lot of calls and texts. About half have gone unreturned until I get a bit forceful on the subject. While I can appreciate the short season we have and that sometimes projects get delayed, what I cannot understand is the failures in simply letting me know what is going on. In fact, I had stayed home 1 day to meet with staff to get this done, only to have no one show up.
OVERALL
This project started over 3 months ago and is still not completed. I was called today and told this will be done next week. I am hoping this is true.
In general, I think the work is good, but a bit overpriced. In my opinion, communication is a major issue, not only with the customer, but within the company. While things happen with construction projects, the importance of keeping the customer informed cannot be undervalued. Recently, I uncharacteristically left a profanity laden tirade on the supervisor?s phone for his lack of communications. While I did later apologized for the profanity, I did note my level of frustration and my desire go get this job completed were real and needed to be addressed. I am hoping the promise to get this finished next week comes true.

My final advice, I foolishly signed off on the Western Products getting fully payment from the finance company prior to the work being done. While admittedly, the remaining issues are minor issues in relation to the overall project, it still needed to be done. Waiting for over 2 months for this is not right, especially since the internal communications were not good at the company. I wonder if I did not stay on this, if it would ever be done. I felt my bargaining chips were gone. Being a ?Good Guy? came back to bite me. Don?t make the same mistake.

"
