"My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again."

"Excellent work on a new installation, they arrived on time, were very professional, they installed the new system with good attention to detail, a tough job up in the attic during the summer, installed a thermostat and its working really well. Thank you!"

"The installation of the new furnace by S.O.S. Work Services on 11/1/23 was satisfactory. The crew was very careful with the removal of the old unit and install of new unit. Awaiting confirmation of submission of documentation to town for issuance of permit and inspection of by local officials. Hoping to resolve this as soon as possible and update this review."

"Installers Ian and Jonathan did a fantastic job. They were punctual, professional and friendly. All my questions were addressed and work was completed on time."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Replaced & installed 3 ton coil & 3 ton condenser unit by Tony. He was prompt to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use him for any of my HVAC needs in the future."

"Pipe Works is a team of real pros, from beginning to end. First, you have Tricia (sales) and John (system design specialist) helping me figure out the right system up front. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"

"Miguel and his team are great. I’ve contracted them on multiple occasions for HVAC and mini-split installs, tankless water heater install, ac unit maintenance, power washing my exterior home and more. The team is always on time, do a great install and are very reasonable in terms of pricing. Highly recommend!"

"Job went very good. They did everything professionally, with good quality, and were respectful and clean. All their technicians seemed knowledgeable, and gave useful advise. They checked the outside fixture on their first visit. After few days, they were happy to come back and install new fixture for me, because fixture needed to be changed (without any charges to me for the second trip).

"My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!."
