After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. Geremi responded immediately, quoted a reasonable price to unclog the line, was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave it his all until the line was clear!! I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

"Oh Man, well.......on the evening of Monday, October 1, 2018, my kitchen sink drain backed up. I contacted a local plumber that advertises on the radio and on Wednesday October 3, 2018 they arrived at my house. The plumber Snaked the Drain Line all the way to the Sewage "Y" inlet and discovered Tree Roots in the Drain Line. The Plumber also observed muddy water present indicating a cracked cast iron drain sewage line. My house as built in 1947 so that Cast Iron Pipe lasted 71 years. Later that day, I placed a Quote Request on "Home-Advisor" for replacing my sewage drain lines. Jose called me within 5 minutes of placing a quote request on Home-Advisor. I missed the call and soon after their was a knock on my door. (WOW). I explained to Jose my Plumbing Problem and within 45 minutes another worker, also Jose arrived and inspected my drain lines. Jose#2 climbed under my house and discovered that a 2 inch PVC drain pipe line from the shower, tub and Sink was broken and shooting out water under the house......ugh!!! Emergency Crisis, SO Jose#2 gave me a quote and said He could come out the next morning. So the next morning both Jose#1 & 2 arrived to replace all of my Drain Lines and seal the wet dirt with plastic sheets and absorbent Kitty-Litter......... The Great news was after all the old drain pipes were replaced with new 2" and 3" ABS Black Pipes and Fittings (all the way to the Sewer Inlet) Jose#1 sent a video camera down the drain 60 feet all the way to the City sewer under the street and discovered minimal issues with the 71 year old Clay Pipes. We observed only two pipe joints that were misaligned bu a 1/8 of in inch. Tree Roots were not in issue. Thank God......."

"My house was built in 1926 and the sewer pipes have not been changed in over 50 years.  Plotke Plumbing would come out every year and snake out the roots in the main line.  This year they had a hard time breaking through, so I decided to have the camera run down the length of the pipe.  Roots were entering the seams of the clay pipe.  Giovanni did the camera inspection, which I watched while the camera went down the line.  He gave me an estimate on using a combination of pipe bursting and reline. Only 2 holes were dug and no trenching. He indicated the job would take 3 days, and offered to start a few days later, since there was no backup or emergency.  I have used Plotke Plumbing on big and small jobs for many years. "Victor was amazing. I had a toilet overflow I needed someone to come out as soon as possible. I tried several plumbers throughout the day and no one could come. Finally I found Victor and he agreed to come out at 7 PM in the dark. By this time, I knew that the only access to the sewer was through the vent pipe on my flat roof. So he and his partner hauled what must have been a 70-100 lb piece of machinery up a ladder onto my roof in the dark. From there he snaked all the way down to the sewer and pulled out a bunch of roots, which cleared the line at least enough to flush the toilet. He then had to haul that massive thing down the ladder which was no easy task. They accidentally broke a part of a roof tile during this arduous process, but it wasn’t a huge deal. They then used an amazingly long camera to view the sewer line out more than 120 ft and graciously allowed me to take a video of the video for my understanding of the problem. They answered my million questions, let me get all up into what they were doing and were amazingly patient and helpful in educating me. With the camera and locator, they were able to determine that the weeds / clog / break in the line was only 7 feet from the toilet, which sadly was under the concrete slab foundation of the house. Fortunately, rather than digging through the floor and foundation, they offered another solution—to install a 2-way cleanout a few feet away from the house where the sewer pipe goes under the driveway and do the full drain cleaning from there. An excellent solution. Victor and his associate were both polite, understanding, accommodating, hardworking and, most importantly, trustworthy. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone."
