He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. They said the needed time to provide a quote, for a project that would have been around 3-5k. The professional also said they thought I had a gas leak, and offered a $500 gas leak detection service. Later, I called another plumber who cleared the clog for $200 same day. Powerpro seems scammy, and I am canceling my Angi account over this."
