"The job was very involved and required a crew of three installers about 16 hours to complete over two days.  The crew's worksites were very clean, and the crew themselves were well-spoken and respectful.  Whenever I had a question, they stopped what they were doing and thoroughly explained what was going on at that time during the install, what the preceding steps were, and what the next steps were and why.  I felt as though they really wanted me to understand why they were taking certain actions and why it should matter to me.  I really did feel like they would do the same quality of work on their own homes. <br /> Arin was the ACS sales representative I worked with from the beginning.  He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding about our financial situation and why this was such a serious investment for my wife and I to make at this point in our lives and under our current circumstances.  He was able to find applicable TEP rebates and negotiated a fair price with additional promotional offers and financing through Trane and ACS.   <br /> There was a slight glitch with the thermostat near the end of the job.  We were initially told our existing WIFI-enabled thermostat was compatible with the new split system heat pump but later found out it's wiring structure was not compatible with a 2-stage compressor.  A new comparable thermostat was subsequently installed but suddenly began malfunctioning that night.  The thermostat "issue," in its entirety, was addressed quickly, efficiently, and fairly by ACS. <br /> The new water heater, upon delivery, and a few small "dings" in the side, but nothing that would affect its performance.  Without my asking, ACS brought in a second water heater that was in perfect condition and installed it the same day.   <br /> ACS are professionals and perfectionists.  If detail and accountability are important attributes you expect in a contractor, you have no need to look any further than ACS. <br />"

"Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

Sam came out once to diagnose, came out a second time to replace a burned out spa motor and re-do the wiring for it, and a third time to drain our pool and spa and power wash them both before and after doing an acid wash to remove some stubborn algae. "The water coming out of the bathtub shower head was trickling out and the lever (on the tub spout) that diverts water to the showerhead was very loose. My husband removed the spout and noticed that the pipe was cracked. Called Robert's Plumbing and they scheduled to show up between 3:30 pm - 5 pm that same day. Two guys came at 3:45. They cut out the cracked galvanized pipe and welded in a new copper pipe. They replaced the old tub spout with a new one. They were courteous, cleaned up the area, and the job was completed in just under an hour. Thought I would pay an arm and a leg for this repair job and I was surprised and thankful it wasn't the case! I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Robert's Plumbing! <br />"

"1. We needed our polybutylene piping replaced throughout the inside of our house. Economy Plumbing showed up on time and completed the work on budget in one day. The staff were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. Very pleased. 2. Several weeks later, we discovered a water leak outside the house and we called Economy Plumbing again to fix the problem. We weren't disappointed. They came as scheduled, dug the trench, and replaced the piping from the street to the house. Afterwards the trench and landscape rocks were put back so that you'd never know the job was done.
