we spent several months pricing out a complete remodel for out kitchen. UB price was under the Big Box cost but more than the particle board stores(Ikea). The folks we worked with were just amazing! Grade A customer service!  UB treated us with respect and courtesy and their product was just beautiful. Solid wood cabinets that made my kitchen come alive. Our first choice turned out to be discontinued  but UB (Patrice) helped us find another finish and style that turned out to be more beautiful than our first choice. Then when John came out to check on the work that their excellent installers did, he made some really great recommendations that made my cabinets look absolutely  amazing. "Started a little shaky with an employee making appointments but not actually putting them on the books, but when I called for a missed appt., I had immediate response. The owner came out the next day, drew up the plan, gave us the options for the tub (deep soaker), surround (goes to the ceiling), shower head and fixtures. He made some suggestions that really helped (corner shelves, grab bars). He made it easy. No price games were played, like I can do this if you book today, or let me call my boss to see what we can do. He gave us a discount for cash payment. The work was done as soon as the parts were available. The installers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would absolutely use Rebath again"

"Although their work schedule was jam-packed, Sergio was able to schedule the painting withing two weeks of purchase of Angie's coupon.  He and his work partner did high-quality sheetrock repair in our garage, and painted the walls and ceiling afterwards.  The patchwork is well-concealed, and the painting is flawless.
Our front porch and entry door were fully-painted.  Even though the original Angie's coupon was for interior painting only, Sergio willingly agreed to do the exterior painting of the porch and entry door instead.  The improvement to our front entry is remarkable.  The paint was applied smoothly and evenly.
Sergio and his partner were diligent in cleanup.  NO evidence of spills or random paint drops anywhere.  After packing up, there was no further cleanup required on my part.

"In the process of rearranging and remodeling our kitchen we were in need of additional cabinets and wanted new cabinet doors and drawer fronts for our existing cabinets.  Trevor came to our home and measured for what we needed, made suggestions, and listened to what we were trying to do with our remodel, as we were trying to do most of the work ourselves.
Withing one day we had an estimate along with CAD drawings and pictures.  We got several estimates from other contractors, and although Creekside was not the least expensive, we decided to go with Trevor, although we eliminated a couple of items so we could stay within our budget, and we picked up the cabinets when they were ready to save on delivery fee, and installed them ourselves.
Sarah was great to work with and kept us informed each step of the way; when they started our project, when they started staining, and when they were ready.  They were able to match the stain of our existing cabinets perfectly.
When we picked them up they were very helpful in giving instructions on mounting the doors and drawer fronts and all the screws and mounting hardware was furnished as well as  quart of the stain.  I know we got a much better product than buying semi custom from a big box store.  We are very pleased.

"Working with Jordan has been an excellent experience.  I had NO previous experience with remodeling  but he was very kind about explaining all sorts of things and answering any questions.  He was able to tell me how to remodel with a limited budget.  Other companies would have done a nice job for a lot more money.  Jordan was willing to work with me on keeping costs down.  I went over budget only when I chose options that exceeded the budgeted price.  I wanted a pretty quick remodel and Jordan's staff were willing to come early and stay late.  By selected and ordering all supplies ahead of demolition, they were able to finish each job in 2 weeks.  I chose to have them done sequentially instead of simultaneously.
Both rooms are gorgeous and exactly how I hoped they would look.  Jordan is very responsive to questions and will schedule a return visit for any newly discovered 'touch-ups' that I find."
