"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"Top quality contractor. Hired to do a full bath remodel, tearing out the shower area down to studs and installing tile, new tub and vanities, lighting, etc. only some minor issues with plumbing but these were resolved satisfactorily. They do very good work, they keep the project moving which is key for a residential project, and the subs they hire they have a great relationship with so the overall result is very professional. Not the cheapest but this is skilled labor, so you get what you pay for. Our bathroom ended up phenomenal, would recommend them and will contract again."

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"

"Norman Restorations did an amazing job renovating our home. We had them install laminate flooring throughout, paint the dining, kitchen and living rooms along with 2 hallways, and paint kitchen cabinets. It was a big job and it was handled professionally and with care. The same crew arrived on time each day and worked a full day leaving our home in good condition so that we were still able to function. The owner checked on the job daily and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction, and it was. The job was scheduled to go for 10 days but they finished in 7 days. The quality of the work is excellent. The house looks beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome. This contractor is very reliable and treated the house as if someone lives here. The entire experience was very positive. I highly recommend them."
