I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

We have an infant so needed clean hot water for baths and cleaning his bottles ASAP. When I called Rich he was completely accommodating and sympathetic to our bind. He offered to drop what he was working on and come service our system immediately without any surcharge or price gouging for expedited service. I called him around 8:30 am. He got the part and was done with entire job by 11:00 am so we could be on the road before traffic hit.
