There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."

"I selected Cantey over Mount Valley, Ramjack and CNT. The reasons I selected them were: price, personnel, and they offered Poly Leveling for my garage floor. Mount Valley price matched and offered poly leveling, but, I was not impressed with their personnel. I believe Ramjacs Helical Pile is better than Canteys jacks, however they would not price match, and they did not offer poly leveling. Even with price matching the cost for this work is exorbitant."

The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

"It went well. The only problem is that we asked for a path from the parking pad to the back porch. The workers declined to do it. It was a verbal agreement with the owner but was not put in the contract. After the workers declined to make the path the owner and I had agreed upon, I called the owner. Fortunately, the owner remembered the conversation and told the workers to do it. The workers did a fine job, and we are happy with the job. The price was expensive, but it looks nice, and we would hire PennyEarned again."
