Mary made two designs, one that would have removed the current walkway and installed 2 new ones.  The other design kept the current walkway and was the one we chose.  It was simpler and better suited my husband's tastes and level of interest in gardening and mine and featured plants and ground cover that were low-maintenance.  Mary was equally enthused about whichever of the two designs we chose.  The day before this landscape was installed, Tommy Williams, and his crew trimmed the oak.  (More details about that trimming in a review on his work.)  On the day of the installation, the two-man crew that did the actual hands-on landscaping work pulled up the scraggly vegetation that was already on site,  prepared the ground with soil moist and 2 kinds of fertilizer, planted 6 different kinds of plants and 1 kind of ground cover, added mulch, and in two different places where plants weren't wanted or wouldn't grow, rock egg.  I can't speak highly enough of the positive attitude and level of professionalism the crew expressed in their work.

"Jerlis and Hector done a fantastic job.  Jerlis was the only one of my four bids that showed me samples of the vanity and told me I could go from cheap plastic cabinets to nice wood cabinets that are made in the US, not China.
He helped me design the new vanity area, replacing the huge big mirror and outdated lights to new mirrors and lights that are modern and elegant.
Hector told me that by adding crown molding will really make the bathroom stand out as a very elegant bathroom.  
They were always on time and let me know everyday what I could expect next in the process.  Jerlis and his crew were wonderful and very polite and on time. They worked very hard everyday; they didn't even take lunch breaks, they worked all day!
I have never see such a hard working crew in my life.  I have more work to be done, and you can guarantee that Villalba Homes will be doing the work.  
The work once completed is fabulous.  My husband and I are very pleased with the work completed.
Please note that the price includes only labor, paint, vanity and crown molding.  I purchased the mirrors, electrical outlets, lights,and new faucets.
Villalba Homes was not the cheapest quote that we received, but cheap is not always better.  I am so pleased and happy that Villalba Homes did our project.

"Fast estimate - very FAIR price - EXCELLENT job done! Come on time, work through everything, inform you, answers your questions and make sure that you are getting EXACTLY what you have asked. Tom and his son Dylan have done the work: power washed, painted/sealed. Even go beyond... cleaned everything after work done, moved back all the furniture around the pool deck. You will be very happy! Tom has done this for over 20 years and it shows! He knows his trade and he as well as his son did an awesome job. I am very picky and a perfectionist.
