"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

Especially when it's a hot summer, it's a relief to have a team dedicated to getting the job completed quickly and efficiently. There were a couple minor issues after install specific to condensation drainage, but the guys at Harvest Valley specialties where prompt with their replies and were able to resolve the issues the very next business day. "Apparently they quoted a price to my husband on a Carrier heat pump and then installed a Payne heat pump. They also ran out of freon before filling the unit, but said nothing. Only after calling them and inquiring about the brand name difference and the fact the unit was running a LOT did they tell us that they had run out of freon and it wasn't filled. They did come back and filled the unit. My question is, would they have told us it wasn't full if we hadn't complained about it running so much? They have offered a letter giving us a 10-year parts and labor warranty on the Payne heat pump, but to date (08/08/09) we have not received that."
