"Our first contact with ER Pipeline Services was early 2019, when we began building a home and we needed several different contractors for the project. Aaron and his son met us at the work site - they were prompt. We talked about installing septic and agreed to contract their services that day without any reservations. The proposed cost was reasonable; we paid a deposit on signing the proposal - it was also reasonable. Good communication continued and our septic installation was done within 3 days of starting - fast. They were on time to start work, they worked steadily, and completed the septic installation with cleared/clean primary and secondary drain fields (rain/snow did not slow progress). Significant to mention that Aaron met us at the county public works department to help us submit the application for septic installation and also scheduled the county inspection for the final approval of the system, which was approved without issue. We also eventually relied on ER Pipeline for excavation, grading and trenching for water and power, with Aaron giving knowledgeable input about correct materials and how to proceed. Issues with our plans caused delays. Aaron worked on other projects while our issues were resolved and this allowed us to see first hand ER Pipelines dedication to hard work - helping people with septic/water line emergencies, working very long days (checking in with us at 8 pm to plan our work) - and taking on challenging projects (see other reviews).
