"Brian came out and inspected my gutters and recommended replacement. He explained everything he would do, took measurements and took pictures. I received 2 estimates: 1 to replace the gutters & install gutter guards & 1 to just replace the gutters. Both were very fair estimates. I decided to get the new gutters & guards. His team of installers, Rob, Ryan & Martin did a great job of installing the new gutters & guards. They were very polite and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend them. Will have to see how everything goes with the next big rain storm. And they are a local business."

"I have tried several different types of gutter guards on my 5 homes over 40 years. These are by far the best. They keep out the big leaves and the needles and the seeds. And they do not just pile up on top, eventually growing little trees. They wash off. Trees drop branches and pine cones but they have not damaged the gutter guards. Other guards do okay with big leaves, but needles and seeds get through. Ice and pine cones invert them or branches impale and dislodge them. If you are determined to keep your gutters clear and have mature trees above them you will end up with this system eventually. Cheaper and easier to do it the first time."

He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give Paddy's a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and Paddy's delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."
