I only had 4 simple floor vents in a small home with no basement but had to pay full price of over $400. One word of caution, do not stay in the house when the vents are fumed. Though not necessarily unpleasant, the smell clung to my clothes and the inside of my nose for hours. Wait a bit until the furnace/AC has been running before going back in."
