"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework.
