"The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. I called GMC, hopeful they could clear the line. I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done. There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."

"Very nice guy, showed up early, finished in 5 minutes with snaking the drain.  I was charged $110, which is almost twice what I would have expected for this job.  That is what I get for not arranging the rate beforehand!  I didn't argue with the price since he had been waiting around for a while before I got there (on my lunch hour).  However I did a short internet search afterward, and probably next time I'll use Serviz or my condo's handyman (who is not as reliable but probably would have charged me $20 rather than over $100).
