"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"Overall i was pretty satisfied with these guys. The project manager Asaf , helped me pick out the necessary  items i needed and helped me with some design ideas.  The project was supposed to take 5 weeks and ended up taking 8 weeks. This was due to  a variety of things.  The day  before they were to start construction , they called me to push it back a week.  It didn't matter much to me but delayed the project.  There was also some miscalculation on some measurements they took but eventually everything worked out.  There were minor snags in the paperwork and processing ( i financed through their recommended company), but everything worked out in the end . I am happy with the product overall although they left a large plastic drain pipe measuring 10 feet on m patio.  no biggy but its still here !!!  Asi and Asef and their team were pros all the way

"He was actually excellent. He didn't try to come out here and sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. This guy came out and within 45 minutes, it was a done deal. It was extraordinarily reasonable. They showed up on time. If I have any other problems or anything, I'll definitely use them again. They were excellent. He charged more because he had to get onto the roof of my house and they had to go a sewer vent pipe on the roof 'cause I didn't have an access at ground level or theough the bathroom. His machine had a snake that went 150 feet out and he went all the way out at about 120 feet or so to get to the main problem that I was dealing with. He's very informative. He was very good at what he did in getting it done so I would definitely use him again if I ever have a problem. They were excellent throughout. They had a very quick response and took care of the business. They didn't leave any messes, didn't try to oversell me in anything I didn't need or anything like that. It was a pretty basic service but it was at a high level."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"I would highly recommend Joe for any type of home remodeling project mainly to anything that Is similar to ours! Joes work is very professional and his knowledgeable about home remodeling is high as well (as to building codes & restrictions). As far as the design - Joe was very talented in that part too. He managed his people on a daily basis in a s professionally manner while making sure that each day they will complete the required tasks in no less than perfect. I really appreciated his input and comments, he is talented in his own right. Joe made sure to answer any questions we had with solutions to 100% satisfaction. "We have an older home, and needed to redo one of our bathrooms that had old, galvanized pipe. We had slightly more than two weeks to do the job and Joseph promised it could be done if we ordered all the fixtures in advance, which we did. With Johnny cracking the whip, we came in just under the wire, including a two-day delay caused by the city of LA, which cancelled one of our inspections at the last minute. We're very pleased with the result. The old bathroom had lovely tile from the '30s, which unfortunately had to go as the demo took everything down to the studs. At Joseph's suggestion, we replaced the tile with travertine, which is georgeous. Wainscoting all around gave the right period look to match the rest of the house. Once again, BG did not disappoint. They are extremely professional and conscientious, and all the work first rate. (Thanks again Ricardo and George.) You will possibly find someone to do your remodeling job a bit cheaper, but you will never have to worry about shoddy work with this company. We asked for several extras along the way which were cheerfully provided at minimal cost (eg, the makeshift bookshelves in an adjacent closet came loose during the demo--Johnny replaced them with much higher quality work). "Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"He was great and his prices were very reasonable.  He is very experienced, and he was excellent about explaining everything that needed to be done. He showed up in the rain to put plastic on our roof so our beams wouldn't be damaged.  He did a very careful and thorough job on the repairs.  It has rained heavily twice since he came, and we have not had any more problems.  We would definitely use him again, and we will call him when we need to replace our roof.
