"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. "After the blistering summer of 2012, and hand watering all of the flowers, shrubs, trees and grass, I decided that we needed an irrigation system. So I called my favorite contractor, Dunn Home Improvements (DHI) to put it in. Josh Dunn and his crew arrived at the appointed time with all of the tools and equipment necessary for the job, professionally dressed and ready to start working.  The first day they installed a new 8 zone irrigation system and used a trencher in the yard and flower beds for the water lines.  The second and third day they laid lines and installed approximately 40 heads, a rain sensor and backflow preventer.  All three days they arrived on time and ready to work.  They also maintain the system by coming out twice a year to start my system in the spring and shut it down in the fall.  They also adjusted any heads that needed it.  They did a great job and answered all of my questions.  Great Customer Service!
