"Overall it went great. As stated above it was a major remodel. New windows, floors, electric, insulation. We ended up spending more than originally budgeted, but this was an old cottage and there were some surprises as the building was taken apart. It turned out beautiful. Tom works with his son and one other person, they were all great to work with. They had good ideas, were open to changes and suggestions."
