"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

Initial contact clearly explained pricing and expectations for my repairs (removal/replacement of two bathroom sinks/faucets and the replacement of water lines/sink piping). Repairmen (Dustin and Thomas) arrived on time and jumped right into repairs after a thorough assessment of the project. Both were very personable and friendly! We have used No Despair Home Repair previouslly.  As always, this project was excellently done.  This weas the biggest project Ron and his crew has done for us.  Ron does a great job of listening to what we want and then producing that result.  He makes excellent suggestions that are well worth considering.  His work aleays exceeds our expectations.  Ron is easy to work with and flexible in making any needed changes.  Ron was quick to return when it was necessary to resolve a couple minor problems.  We are already planning our next progect.  I would highly recommend No Despair Home Repair for any type of work around the house.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"It turned out ok. After they did the initial installation they left off some pieces, which were trim pieces on the house. So it left a couple of holes on the side of the house. When the gentlemen were here my husband pointed it out to them and they said that they didn’t deal with that. He ended up calling the company back and he spoke to one of the representatives. They sent someone out to look at it. They then had to send someone other than the workers who originally did it, to fix it. They did eventually fix it but it took about 3-4 months to finish the part."
