"Advertised as fast and lower costs. Initially, I thought so but the price ended up being comparable to other professional pool service quotes. Response time was fast and serviceman friendly and approachable. Unable to fix the pool light for quoted cost, spa light was done under cost but no receipt for part or manual provided even when asked for. (Might have been an on hand part from a previous order or job). Felt more like a friendly neighbor helping out instead of a pool business. Pool cleaning service was quoted and then said to far to come weekly. Nice guy, fair job - get what you pay for."

"What started off as a great experience turned sour real fast. I was referred to Fernando by a friend of mine that owns a BBQ store, and he was fast and responsive with the design and bid. I approved the work on April 12 and it started right away. We had our granite selection done on April 19, and that’s where it all stalled. After no contact for quite a while I sent him a text message asking about when they were returning and I was told that they would be by today (May 20) in the morning. After waiting at home all day nobody showed, no phone call, no text message. I asked him what’s going on and he’s now telling me that the granite is still being fabricated. Also we had French drains which were supposed to be built around and clear, but no care was taken and now the patio is flooding into the house. I messaged him about this and nothing was done. All we ask is that we receive honest communication, which just isn’t happening. Once the lies start it’s impossible to get back on the right path and now he’s in possession of my money, my grill/flattop/accessories and I have nothing to show except an uncompleted outdoor kitchen."
