Neither shower/tub combo mechanisms were working properly, so we installed new fixtures that we picked out--suggest that you pick them out if you don't want the very basic ones. We also wanted a handheld shower feature in one. The tub spout on one was difficult to remove and they had to use a saw, and did so without causing any damage! They added new drain fixtures as well.
