We liked Devin from the start, he has a very easy-going demeanor. He recommended a architectural designer (Steve Backus) when our first one didn't work out. Devin worked well with both of them. He really thought about how he would build what they were designing, so that once the plans were ready it all went smoothly. From ground breaking to delivery took less than the 6 months Devin promised. That's a fast pace so be prepared to make a lot of decisions in a short amount of time. We moved out so that Devin could have the run of the house and that was definitely the right decision for us. It let him go faster, and having our kids live in a destruction/construction zone would not have been good. We are thrilled with the result. Devin has an eye for the finishing details that make it all look top notch. Devin was attentive to the punch list and to the few issues that have come up since. We highly recommend him."

"Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"

We had tried other contractors but no one would take on the basement stairs mainly because they couldn't figure it out.
But Lenny was the man for the job. He even had a second set of different styled stringers just in case "he" did not like the way the first set hung. So I heard him say after a fitting "I don't like these...they won't work the way they should...take them down" ...he is a perfectionist!


Lenny also did our kitchen remodel and we could not have had a better person for the job. Even the inspector was impressed enough to ask about him and etc. I've got him on my favorites list!

"My wife and I give contractor Nelson Piriz of Pro Builders Art and Construction an A+ for his work on our bathroom remodeling project.  To begin with, his bid beat those of three other contractors.  Then, he had great suggestions for how we could get what we wanted from the remodeling.  He started work on the promised date and finished right on schedule, remodeling three bathrooms - a master bathroom and two smaller bathrooms - in just ten days.  The quality of the work is excellent - Nelson seems to know everything there is to know about the building trades - and the bathrooms look beautiful.  He was always happy to accommodate our wishes and make any changes we requested, and even added some nice extra touches that we didn't explicitly bargain for, without upping his price.  In person, Nelson is affable, friendly, easy to work with and upbeat, and clearly takes pride in his work.  We wouldn't hesitate to hire Nelson again, and hope that he is available when we are ready to remodel our kitchen in the not-too-distant future.
