Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. "Owner Matthew Conde responded immediately to Home Advisor entry: furnace stopped working on Halloween night, with asthma resident in the house. My (former) contractor was booked all weekend, but Matthew came within a few hours! He diagnosed furnace and found that fan motor was shot: presented option of replacing it or furnace itself. Since furnace was 18 years old, I went with new Carrier Infinity furnace which was installed 3 days later. Great relief, after 3 days of portable heaters! Matthew, Jason and Kenny (installers) were exceptionally professional, personable, experienced and knowledgeable. They explained everything to our satisfaction, including use of smart thermostat. After installers had left, we noticed that green light on air filter wouldn't come on. Matthew came over that evening, checked out furnace to his satisfaction, and found that there was no power to nearby outlet plug, After rewiring outlet, media air filter was working again! "Will did an excellent job today. I had an outdoor outlet that was causing a fire hazard and circuit breaker kept going off. He was able to happily troubleshoot the issue, change the switch and hit my outlet working again. He also restored power on another outlet in the garage and saved me $100 that I was planning to spend to get a Freezer technician to come fix not knowing it was a power issue and not a device issue. "I had E-TEC install our attic fan on the roof last week. The whole project literally went so well. I talked to Heidi, she explained and answered all my questions very kindly. She explained that E-TEC has a fixed price (VERY REASONABLE) - which I liked. And she said that they do not come out just for the estimate - pictures of our house were enough. I liked the approach because many times other companies come out for "free" estimate and try to make up that free time through upselling or higher rate or so. Scheduling was easy. Came out in a week for the install. Mark/Daniel explained what they are doing to ensure that I don't worry about leakage. They were very professional and nice as well. The Installation finished in about 3.5 hours. After the install they explained how to operate (kill switch) or etc. Also, I had some dead mouses in the attic. I had told them I will pick them up later, but they just picked them up and cleaned. And one of the hot days, my wife noticed right away the difference. I can't be more satisfied!"
