"After much research, I had chosen Pope for annual maintenance for my 18 year old HVAC. It so happened that within a couple of months, my HVAC had issues. I was really surprised when the "on-call" technician troubleshooted the problem over the phone with me, and it got me another 24 hours, before the blower motor was dead. I had a choice between spending another 500-1000 on fixing blower motor vs. replacing the system. I got quotes from many highly rated providers on Angies and Popes. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). "Our old Kenmore washer started making horrible noises.  Bailed it out and contacted our home warranty company, Old Republic.  They sent our request to one of their contractors, Appliance Protection, LLC .  Old Republic said that I would hear from Appliance Protection, LLC by that afternoon.  I didn't hear back from Appliance Protection, LLC. so that evening I called and explained that I was covered by Old Republic and was told that they had not been contacted by Old Republic. I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage
