"Let me just start off by saying that Jonathan has been a Godsend! We were in desperate need of foundation repair as well some other things (door insulation, sub floor repair, skirting replacement, etc.) that another contractor didn’t complete and/or do so well. Jonathan came to take a look at the job and informed us that he could do it with minimal issues. He was he right! I must say that just like many others we’ve had our share of bad contractors so we were a little hesitant to put our trust in him. He reassured us that he could do the job. He is definitlely a man of his word! Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his work, he was very prompt, very courteous and did everything that he said he would. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."
