"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning.
