"Out initial meeting with Nu-Face was during the free estimate phase. The representative who visited our house was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly communicated all of the project details to us of what we could expect, if we chose Nu-face as our siding contractor. We received a project estimate within 2 days, and after reviewing multiple quotes, we decided that Nu-Face would be the contractor to perform the siding work. After we informed them of our decision, Joe (owner) contacted us to schedule a visit to our home to meet with us a few weeks later, to review everything and sign the contract.
