He was doing drain clearing work for them in our condo building which had not had any pm work done on the entire drain pipe system in 40 years. Despite it being a huge project with multiple leaks throughout the building he handled the filthy and exhausting job very professionally and worked very long exhaustive hours until the job was done thoroughly. He was very empathetic to all his customers, explained and showed camera views of the clogs, and made certain the customers were well informed and totally satisfied with the completed work. "Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. "These guys are legit. They know what they are doing. I have a 100+ year old house. Needless to say the situation was complex with no documentation to assist them in finding sewer lines, vents, cleanouts, etc. They resolved the problem and solved a bunch of others in the process I’d given up on ever being resolved without just replacing the entire drainage system and which had flummoxed everyone else I’ve used in the past including some very highly rated plumbers. "The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. We used this company in 2009 (2nd floor furnace and A/C) and 2010 (1st floor A/C) and were very happy with their performance. When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. When I discussed the furnace and install estimate and said it seemed a little high Mike G. offered a slightly lower price which I accepted. Mike also made some recommendations that were fiscally in my favor; lining the chimney for the water heater or not; energy efficiency levels for rebates (end in 2016).

Matt N. and Matt W. who did the install performed all the mechanical, electric and plumbing superbly. As a registered professional engineer I appreciated good workmanship and Vaughan delivered for this third install since 2009. They were there when they said they would be and finished at the time planned. Everything was left in good order. The new exhaust and intake pipes to the outside were neatly done and good closure of no longer needed chimney vents.
