"I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with. She changed her mind on the color of the bars halfway through the project, and Kip did not miss a beat and was able to keep the project on track. My mom could not stop talking about how great the workers were and how hard they worked. They treated our home as if it were their own. They were courteous , professional, and did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks great and provides my mom the assistance an safety that she needs. "I got 3 estimates and this company was the best price. From the free estimate to completion of work, everything was so professional. They showed up on time with a 7-man crew, so the job was completed in one day. Six years after the job was done, my basement is still bone dry - so dry it actually gets dusty! My crawlspace is so low a person can only crawl around, but they did a great job there, as well, installing a thick white vapor barrier."

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
