"I would highly recommend Ken for electrical work. We had our full electrical panel replaced and service upgraded with him. Before we had it done, we had an issue with the main breaker repeatedly tripping- leaving us without power. He came out the same morning and did a quick fix to hold us over until permitting- we were not without power for long, thanks to him. The panel replacement and service upgrade was not a quick job, but he stayed late until it was finished and we couldn’t be happier with the quality. His prices are reasonable, as well. I will be calling him if we need an electrician in the future!"

The only issue I experienced was that scheduling was a bit difficult. Either due to availability of techs or mix-ups with appointment times, it took a few tries to find a day where they were able to perform the service. The price was much more reasonable than expected for diagnosis and maintenance and they rolled the diagnosis price into the total cost. They were even able to return after the work was finished to repair another minor issue. Overall I would hire DK Electrical Solutions again and recommend them to friends and family in the future."

"I had two old 100-amp panels. They ran new 150-amp service into the house and installed a single new panel. I also had previously purchased a sub-panel to allow 10 circuits in the house to run off my generator, which I had not yet installed. They installed that while they were here for a small additional fee. There was a team of 3 who did the whole project in about 6 hours. I was very pleased with the quality of work and price. Highly recommend."

"Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."
