Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns. Pete and his team arrived promptly every day of reno work, cleaned up all debris, and protected my house's furniture and new appliances from damage. Most importantly, he was always accessible, answering EVERY email, phone call, and text almost immediately. Renovation projects are stressful enough (we knocked down a wall into the dining room, resized a window and completed it with matching exterior vinyl siding and capping, replaced the floor and subfloor in 2 rooms, cut new trim, repaired drywall, changed the color and decor, added new plumbing, electricity and lights, and increased 7 feet of cabinet/countertop/backsplash space to 18 feet!), but Pete and the crew did their best to alleviate all our stress. "Mike, the sales manager at Rightway Waterproofing was very professional with a non-pressure, full free estimate in my grandparents home that I now own. He was on time, and spent about an hour going over all the options I had to waterproof the basement. I told him I planned on getting work done in the basement within the next three months, and he was completely understanding, and did not try to use sales pressure tactics whatsoever. 
I did a heavy amount of research looking around for a waterproofing company. I also had a lot of questions, and Mike was very prompt in responding to emails, took all my phone calls, and also allowed me to tour the facility - he showed me the company vehicles, where they keep the supplies, how the work day looks when everyone leaves the shop, and what to expect when they arrive to work on the property. He took his time, did not rush me out the door. He kept his word about the date and time I scheduled with him to see the facility, and made sure he was able to spend all the time needed to answer all my questions. 
Though this was such a difficult decision, I rarely give reviews to companies I do not use. I had to give Rightway a good review because I really did have a great experience of not being pressured. Time will tell if I regret this decision to not go with Rightway, but in all honesty - IF you want to deal with a FANTASTIC sales manager who will go over EVERY option you have to waterproof your basement, AND.. who will NOT pressure you into making a deal or else the price will go up - THIS company would be a GREAT choice. 
I will not go into great detail of why I chose elsewhere because it honestly has NOTHING to do with this company or the tour or anything I've experienced. Mike was very patient, respectable and knows his stuff. The company to me seems like an excellent company to hire. Thank you.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
