It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. "You can talk to the President and the Vice-President not many companys you get to do that. They are very reasonable ! The price they gave me for a total tear off and replace roof beat any other contractor. The crew that came out was very nice and professional. The clean-up was great you would have never known they were here. If you have any problems you can talk to the VP and he is on it and gets the problem taken care of right away. After reaching out to several contractors, we chose Blue Crab Home Solutions based on their assessment of the project and their pricing. I was scheduled within a month. Alex and the team were great. They removed the old decking and steps in one day, then replaced the decking, stair stringers, and step decking over the next two days. The vinyl handrails were left intact because they were still in good condition. While replacing them would have been easier, working around the existing handrails required additional customization and skill, which Blue Crab handled without any issues.
