"I have been using them for years. They are very good. Basically, they come out once a month. Depending on what you want they will come out once a year, or twice a year, or however you set that up. I like their service. They are very good. I have no complaints. It starts probably in March through November. Depending on application and what you want done. My lawn looks great. I am very satisfied. Basically, I kinda have a service agreement with them. They come out so many times, and I have actually them charge me every month on my credit card. The price depends on what services are done. It varies, I have had a couple of things done in my yard. They come out and do what ever they do. They spray and get rid of the grubs and red worms. I have no problems with them, they do a good job. I think they are reasonable on price. I have been using them for years now."

"Kevin and crew came on the appointed date and time. It took two days to complete. It was done promptly and professionally. The new install comes with a inactivate/activate system for one year. Because I have new sod and it needs to be watered every other day initially, I emailed them and they are coming out this week to activate my system so I don't have to hand water! Fantastic customer service, very professional and responsive."

"I heard nothing further until we neared the instalI date. Having made deposits amounting to 70% of the total cost, I sought confirmation that the work would begin as scheduled. I then was advised by phone that the installation would occur nearly a month later than originally indicated, and the scheduler told me that there was little chance of doing the job earlier. My subsequent email asking for an earlier date was not answered. I then left a VM saying I had decided to cancel the job, and asked that my deposits be fully refunded... I also emailed that same message to the designer. My cancellation request immediately gained attention, with offers to expedite the plantings, perhaps at a further discount. When I maintained my decision to cancel, I was told there would be a 10 percent cancellation fee. I cautioned that such a fee was unwarranted and that I hoped this wouldn't disintegrate into a nasty legal issue. I am very pleased that Meadows Farm did return the full deposit, and that is much to their credit. I doubt that I will use them in the future, however, because of their shortfalls in communication with me and an apparent lack of coordination internally. Others I am sure have been and will have completely favorable experiences, and I wish the company all the best."
