"I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Floor Coverings International of Pittsburgh. From start to finish, Jeff, the owner, showed an impressive level of care and professionalism. Jeff personally came to our home to meet with my wife and me, taking the time to measure our basement and stairs for the LVT flooring and carpet we wanted. He brought a beautiful selection of samples and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all. He encouraged us to take our time deciding which spoke volumes about him as a person. His estimate was better than the large companies and the personal service was exceptional. Unlike the big companies that act like they are doing you a favor Jeff showed that he valued our business. Once we decided to proceed work began the following week. Jeff came out with the installer on the first day to ensure we were happy with everything. Alex the installer was fantastic! He worked quickly and you could see his nearly 20 years of experience in every detail! No long lunch breaks for Alex. He even asked if it was alright to work late to get the job done, which we appreciated. The final result is stunning! The flooring is beautiful, baseboards were replaced, and doors were reinstalled flawlessly. Our basement is now our favorite hangout spot. How many people can say that? After the work was completed Jeff returned to make sure everything was perfect. He noticed a few minor details that my wife and I hadn’t even seen and while we didn’t care he insisted that they be fixed! He was so focused on making sure we were happy that he almost forgot to take his check! Floor Coverings International is a company I’d recommend without hesitation. Jeff and his team delivered outstanding results, at a reasonable price and performed flawlessly on time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else."

He was kind and thoughtful as well. He took a large carpet, had it binded and then installed it on my stairs. It looks fantastic and the padding he used makes it super comfortable to walk on. I wish more people had his work ethic! He is a true gem."

"got a kitchen upgrade, carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and upgrade. The flooring and carpeting installation was very good and the kitchen upgrade was satisfactory. I noticed some areas that the paint was flawed and a runner for one of the kitchen drawers fell off and needs replaced. I stopped a the store in Plum in November of 2024 and the representative took my name to schedule an appointment. I heard nothing and approximately may of 2025 went back to the store and spoke with someone that said they were the warranty person. I told her the situation and she said she would set up an appointment. I got an email asking to send picture which was ridiculous and heard nothing else. I went to the store about 2 weeks ago and the person I spoke with said she is the sales manager and would take care of it right away. Obviously I have heard nothing since then. The repairs I am requesting are relatively simple. I spent approximately $30,000.00 and would have hoped for some better service. People come into my home and n/otice the door crooked"
