"I highly recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions. Jesse and the crew showed up on time every morning and also stayed late some evenings to complete the new shadow box style fence in my backyard. They pay very close attention to detail and their work is extremely precise. They had great ideas to design and build custom gates with cedar post caps that made the new fence immaculate. I was using a baby gate on the deck to keep my puppy close by and they came back and built a gorgeous wooden sliding gate that blends in with my deck perfectly. I could not be happier with the entire project!"

"Eldridge and his crew did a great job for us, completely repainting our house and a very large deck. Eldridge is not only an artist, he is a skilled carpenter and was able to diagnose and fix a leak on a chimney, as well as replace all wood and trim so that it looked as good as new. He was very patient in allowing us to take our time to select just the right colors, and he even custom mixed a wonderful slate gray ("Eldridge Gray") that now covers the deck. There were some rain delays, but Eldridge was there every time that it was possible to work on the house. He was always on site supervising his workers. "I called Mike in the morning just hoping he would be able to come by and give me an estimate in a day or two. He said he would be working in my area and would call me that afternoon when he was clear. He called me back exactly when he said he would and arrived within 30 minutes. He gave me a quick estimate which was a fair price for the work to be done. It was late in the afternoon but he said he would do the job while he was there. He was very careful not to harm the siding on the house or my plants and flowers. He finished just before dark. It wasn't  until the next day that I could see what a good job he did.
